I’m a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and health coach who specializes in helping clients move better, feel better, and perform better through a neurobiomechanics‑based approach. That means I don’t just look at your muscles or your workouts. I look at how your nervous system controls movement, how your body responds to stress, how your habits shape your results, and how all of these pieces fit together.
Instead of forcing your body into workouts it isn’t prepared for, I teach you how to work with your nervous system. When your brain feels safe, your body unlocks strength, mobility, and energy you didn’t know you had. Pain often decreases. Movement improves. Confidence grows. And suddenly, the goals that once felt out of reach become achievable.
